Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, provide services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our services are used.
Portrait photos and generated images
When you use portrait generation, we process your own identity photo, your description, optional reference image and selected reference roles, the prepared shot plan, generated images, and any feedback you submit. The identity photo is the sole identity source; reference images may guide only selected clothing, scene or style. Automated visual screening is experimental and does not guarantee that a generated person looks like you.
Photos and outputs are private by default. Access to originals requires ownership and the applicable purchase or generation entitlement. We keep input images for 30 days and generated originals and previews for 90 days by default. Expiry blocks access, and scheduled cleanup removes stored files. You can delete works from your gallery; download access is revoked and file cleanup is queued, with retries when storage deletion fails. Account, order, credit ledger and necessary support records have a separate lifecycle and are not erased merely by deleting a photo. Contact us about account data or input-photo deletion requests.
We do not use your photos for public examples or our own model training by default. Public display requires separate permission. Any voluntary evaluation requires separate consent and adult confirmation; it is not inferred from ordinary use.
For enabled generation we send required images and instructions to APIMart for image editing, and to Cloudflare Workers AI for shot preparation and visual screening. Cloudflare also supplies our application database, private object storage and preview processing. Payment providers receive the details needed for your selected checkout. Provider processing may occur outside your country.
Reference images are uploaded to APIMart's temporary storage to create the URLs required for editing. Its upload documentation describes these URLs as publicly accessible and valid for 72 hours. We copy completed results into our private application storage and do not expose provider URLs in your work gallery. Deleting application files does not by itself erase provider copies. We do not promise third-party zero retention or exclusion from training. Cloudflare's separate processing is described in Workers AI data usage.
Administrator operations metrics contain aggregate counts, conversion rates and exception counts, without returning your photos, descriptions or raw feedback. A lack of complaints is not treated as identity approval.
